Every booking captured from the official rosters of the 8 in-scope jails, kept after release and searchable four ways: name, booking date, charge, cause number. Each entry keeps its source roster and capture time, and gains its court disposition as the case moves.
The archive opened on November 3, 2026 and now holds 40 bookings from 4 jails. First capture: 10 Allen County bookings, read directly from the Allen County Sheriff's official roster, which listed 773 inmates in total at capture (2026-11-03 15:10-15:20 ET). Second capture: 10 Whitley County bookings from the county jail's JailTracker roster, which listed 174 current inmates at capture (2026-11-03 15:34-16:52 ET); Whitley booking photos are published on each detail view (Offender Image), not in the roster list. Third capture: 10 DeKalb County bookings from the DeKalb County Sheriff's official Inmate Search, which listed 90 inmates in total at capture (2026-11-03 16:53-16:59 ET); DeKalb booking photos are published in both the roster list and the detail pages, and that source publishes no case numbers. Fourth capture: 10 Paulding County bookings from the Paulding County Sheriff's Zuercher portal roster in Ohio — the archive's first Ohio jail — which listed 25 inmates at capture (2026-11-03 17:00-17:01 ET); Paulding booking photos are published in the roster list only (that portal has no inmate detail view), and Paulding lists arrest dates and custody status lines rather than charges and case numbers. The Allen County booking photos have since been captured from the roster itself (2026-11-03 17:16-17:31 ET): 9 of the 10 Allen entries below now show their photo. The tenth, Travicia Nicole Austin, had left the roster before the photo check, so her photo was not captured — her entry is retained in the archive, as the permanent archive intends. For DeKalb County, the photo follow-up later that day found the source's published roster data had changed between views, so only 2 of its 10 photos could be attributed reliably — those 2 are shown and the other 8 are held. The Whitley and Paulding photos have since been captured by screenshot from the official rosters (2026-11-03): neither source serves its photos as downloadable files — Whitley embeds the photo in the detail page and the Paulding portal exposes no image address — so each photo was captured exactly as displayed and cropped to the photo itself, and all 20 are shown below. 31 of the archive's 40 entries now show their booking photo.

The search above is live and runs over the archive's real dataset, which now holds 40 entries from four verified first-hand captures on 2026-11-03: the first page of the Allen County Sheriff's official roster (10 entries, captured 15:10-15:20 ET, when the roster listed 773 inmates in total), the most recent bookings on the Whitley County JailTracker roster (10 entries, captured 15:34-16:52 ET, roster total 174 current inmates), 10 bookings from the DeKalb County Sheriff's official Inmate Search (captured 16:53-16:59 ET, roster total 90 inmates), and the 10 most recent entries on the Paulding County Sheriff's Zuercher portal roster in Ohio (captured 17:00-17:01 ET, roster total 25 inmates) — the archive's first Ohio jail. Each entry is transcribed exactly as its roster displayed it, with charges, codes and bonds from the detail views where the source has them, and cause numbers where the source publishes them. Source quirks are flagged, not corrected: Allen cause number 02D04-2611-CM-0000F repeats across several detail pages exactly as shown and appears to be a source-side placeholder; Whitley case number 92D01-2611-CM- appears truncated in the source display, its missing digits not invented; DeKalb publishes no case/cause number at all, 5 of its 10 captured detail pages showed no charges section at capture (rendered here as “no charges shown on the jail detail page at capture,” never as “no charges”), inmate number 222605 appears on two DeKalb entries exactly as displayed, and one DeKalb charge title keeps the source's misspelling “Endnagerment”; Paulding publishes no case numbers either, lists arrest dates rather than booking dates, and shows custody status lines (Sentenced / Warrant / Probation Violation) instead of a charges list — those lines are reproduced word for word below, and the three Paulding entries the roster lists as Sentenced are marked as serving time, not as fresh arrests. The Whitley roster also sits behind a repeating CAPTCHA gate, which constrains capture cadence. This desk does not seed the archive with invented bookings or with data lifted from commercial mugshot aggregators — entries are added only from verified first-hand captures, each with its source and timestamp.
